STUDENT HEALTH INFORMATION
Wednesday, April 12, 2023, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
During this in-person event, caregivers will have the opportunity to meet our wonderful Kindergarten Teacher(s), ask questions, receive information on enrollment, and learn a little bit about our School After Care (SAC) program.
Summer Popsicle Socials
Sunday, June 11, and Monday, August 14, 2023, at 4:00 pm
Our Creating Community and New Family Committees host two Popsicle Social events each summer for new-to-school and new-to-Flatirons families to come together over popsicles and play. All Flatirons Families are welcome to join the fun! This is a great opportunity for students to make some new friends before the first day of school.
Kindergarten Welcome Days
August 16, 17 & 18, 2023
Kindergarten Welcome Days are our way of providing incoming kindergarteners with a few days to help ease the transition into kindergarten and promote a successful school experience, both academically and emotionally.
All kindergarteners will attend school for a half-day the first three days of school. There will be two groups: morning and afternoon. There will be no Specials (art, PE, music) or lunch on those dates.
Emails confirming which group your student will be assigned will be sent out in early August.
In the Boulder Valley School District, we have a number of applications that are used for classroom instruction, communication, and providing updates to parents/guardians.
